I know it's easy to bash on every single player that is put up on these forums, but I'm looking for the constructive criticism to make my player better. I know that he is weak at vision and carrying, but I did that to get his speed and agility high to take advantage of points by leveling up. I plan on focusing on his vision and carrying next, as I was loading up bonus tokens to get 4 pieces of Advanced Equipment which I will now add SA's to all of them next season. Let me know what you guys think please.

I would keep pushing speed to at least 80 if not a little higher, then you can take agility to 73 (I'm not a believer in 80+ agility for running backs). What type of training are you using? Multi-training is generally the best option, but ideally you'd like to start doing that right away. If you've been normal training this whole time, then multi-training now would still be fine since you should have a lot of bonus tokens, but if you've been intense training then I'm not sure whether or not going to multi would be the best course of action. Stamina and carrying are going to be very important to your build as well. High speed only matters if you have enough energy to maintain it.

I wish I would have multi trained to start, but I didn't. I have been doing light training to gain the bonus tokens, since i have had to spend 463 tokens on EQ already. I am training stamina right now, and will continue to do so until I cap vision and carrying, then I will start training confidence and cap stamina with skill points.

The reason I have stopped putting points into speed already, instead of going to 80, is because I have the extra AEQ points, so instead of a typical level 21 player with custom equipment having 18 total points, I have 30, so I just use that to make up for the actual speed getting to 80, and can focus on agility, then vision, carrying, stamina, etc.

You can multi-train now. It's not too late, especially since you're going to be spending your Skill Points on speed and agility for a good while. I would unlock Stamina & Carrying, then choose a third between Catching, Strength, Speed, or Agility (if you want to keep training those). Whatever attribute you pick first for the four-way multi-train doesn't have to be unlocked, so you can pick whatever you want there. Also, if you're going to do that then definitely get at least the +10% enhancements on any attributes you're going to multi-train. Since you've been light training and have ground to make up, you might think about going to +20%.

Regardless, you definitely want to keep pushing speed for a while. When my HB was around your level, he was already well up over 80 natural speed. The idea is to end up with ~140 speed after fully upgrading equipment.
