I have 2 palyers that will be lvl 4 before the offseason that I built for someone that has dumped the team for next season already. I built them day 25 and played them in a D-league to level them up. I have capped their primary already and training their secondary. I will boost both just before the playoffs season 19 and eventually buy CEQ but not season 19.
