I've run a successful offense at the 4, 14, and 18 minor league levels, and also ran an offense that led the league in passing in Eastern Europe AAA. Obviously, since it's a bit difficult to pass in the lower levels, I'd prefer a higher level team, but I will consider whatever is open.
