I saw pie advertising some of his players so I figured I'd come check to see if this was really happening.
Season 5: Fort McMurray vs. North Bay, Conference Championship, North Bay wins in OT. But the big play was in the first half, when our normally reliable kick returner decided to field a punt on the 2 yard line and was immediately jacked, fumbled, setting up an easy NB TD.
That game changed the course of both teams. North Bay went on to win the BBB#9 title and Fort Mac went on to relative obscurity. This is a bummer to see my very first rival go down. We're not too far behind you in terms of calling quits, but I'm just sad to you guys go.
