If all sp have been put into throwing up until this point and you are using 4-way training, then he is probably on the right track.

Bad, retire and start over this season and don't place any sp's into any other attribute other then throwing

He can succeed at the lower levels with that build, but if you want him to eventually make the top leagues then you should probably just spend skill points on throwing for the first season of your dot's career.

He does for now, but because of ALGs, team owners want dots to put lots of skill points in just one attribute for that first season if they're going to stick around until the end. Your guy should do well against the competition for the next 2-4 seasons, but we're just telling you that a lot of team owners who focus on what's best 5-10 seasons from now are going to want something different. It's kind of dumb, because if I'm trying to win now then I don't care about what would be best over a year from now.
