So, my team (team where my RB is playing, and i am a GM) is leading a game 21 - 10 when our QB throws a INT that was returned for a TD.
Score, 21-17
Next possession, our SS makes a play and returns a INT for six.
Score 28-17
Their next trip to the end zone ended up as a TD pass on 4th and goal. Before a TD, they had a big 4th down conversion on 4th and 9.
Score 28-24
After the kickoff and a great return to the mid field, our team picks up 8 yards on two runs, before our QB got sacked on 3rd down. After the punt, our opponent makes another trip to the end zone on a 12 play drive that ended up with a 37 yard TD pass on 4th and 8.
Score: They are leading 31-27 with only 1:07 left on the clock.
I thought a game was over then, but my team ended up a 10 play drive with a 38 yard field goal to tie the game at 31. On that drive, our QB made a great play with a 18 yard pass on 4th and 16 to get a first down, and get our team in a field goal range. Just like i said, our K made a FG and tied the game up.
Then, i was pretty happy because our team had a chance to play a OT.
But...
With only seven seconds remaining, our team still needs to take a kick off. The amazing game has been ended with a 81 yard KO return for a TD to end the game.
