U also gain more from lvling early on in your career and it starts to slow up at different lvls in his career.

Multi-train 4 can help though. If you are multi-training an attribute enhanced to 30% you can get 7% per train through 90. That means even if strength is at 88, if you are multi-training you can add 1 pt of strength every season through training while still getting training gains in 3 other attributes.

So if you are a little behind, and take strength to 83 in your 5th season, you should still be able to add another 4 pts of strength through training.

Let me ask you guys this, since I'm a little behind on multi training. I'm not hijacking the thread - I've got 3 DL who are at L56 and looking pretty good.

As an example, I've got one guy who has about 85 strength (124 w/eq), 91 agi, 68 vision, 77 tackling.

Right now I've enhanced training for stamina and conf and have basically been doing that, and each is in the low 40's at this point.

Do you think that I ought to 3x conf, stam, tacking, vision (or a major attribute like strength) and quad train? Or do you think it's too late for guys at L56?

First off

2x training is a bad investment
Training between 40-48 is a bad investment

What is speed at? Probably should be including that. Vision would also be good to be training.

This is my 55 (I know he should be 56, but he missed some xp along the way. He is at 837 xp though)

I'm 3 way training vision, stamina, and confidence while holding on to 5 sp. I'm going to simultaneously cap vision and stamina when I boost next season.

I was going to include tackling in quad training, but I need to make sure I push vision up quicker.

I'm not a fan of multi-training personally. You're losing quite alot of bonus tokens there that could go towards advanced equipment. That being said, your equipment must be +3 str +str equipment or something ridiculous

I prefer tackling over vision too. Though not by too much. Powerbacks are pretty nasty unless you stack alot of tackle bonus related things on your side.

well there is nothing that says you cant multi train if you want 4 pieces of fully upgraded AEQ. heck, my dots will have 4 fully upgraded pieces and will have quad trained for about 5 seasons.

hows that work? I thought if you quad trained, you get what, 4 bonus tokens for 8 training points? so after 440 days you'll have roughly 440-500 BT's right? and a fully upgraded piece is 240 bts, so...

not to mention you're pumping some BT's into boosting the effects of training...

well you dont do quad training the whole time. i have it set up so that i end up with about 1100 BTs (after buying multi and enhancements). the basic lay out is normal through day 80, light through day 200, quad through day 400, light through day 440. its far from a perfect system (as i havent done near as much number crunching as some other users... i know rage has a good system), but i have found it to produce more than adequate builds in the builder in that it gets you enough BTs (with flexibility at the end in case you got lucky or unlucky with your shopping), but still a solid amount of quad training.

remember, you only need to average about 2 BTs per day in order to make 4 pieces of the most expensive AEQ. if you balance the multi training out with light, and factor in that you wont be looking for four +3 attribute, +5% pieces, and that you could find (and probably will find) those pieces with even less BTs by shopping, and you can easily do a solid amount of multi training.

quad training yields 6 BT for 8 training points. You get a 50% BT bonus of regular intense training + an extra 30% over intense training.

I have found that quad training for 3 seasons longer (how long it takes to gain enough BT from light training to earn 1 extra piece of AEQ over quad training) gives you about 80 extra sp value (and sometimes more) over relaxed training, and it's very hard to get that much value out of a 3rd or 4th piece of AEQ.
