Looking for help or expert info on where he should put his Passing Tactics setting. Present is -65 Bullet and -80 Open Man
He presently has a 88.4 passing rating - not that great...
Unless his play has to do with the OC AI and/or the front line - his play should be better.

Any help would be much appreciated...

build looks good upon first glance.
don't have your tactics so skewed to the bullet pass and especially open man.
unless your OC has specific needs for his scheme, a closer to balanced passing mentality is best.
