Warrior General Games

I am currently looking for a job as a DC for one team.The team preferably must be an AAA team or higher. (Although I would consider offers from elite AA teams.)

For the past three games and the preseason, I have been DCing the Guam Tigers. (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1785) In the three regular season games I was DC, my team only allowed 6 defensive touchdowns while being 6th in tackles, 5th in hurries, 14th in sacks, 3rd in PDs, 2nd in INTs, and 3rd in FFs. The team was 15th in pass defense and 11th in pass defense. I have also DCed for the St. Louis Beer Barons around seasons 2-3. I've been around since day 13 of season 1, although I have just recently came back after leaving around season 3-4.

My defense usually adapts to the opponents and depends on the opponent's strengths and weaknesses. Typically though, my defense is a 50-50 defense that uses quick and athletic players. My defense typically uses quick, athletic pass rushing DEs, pass rushing DTs who can stop the run and take up blockers, quick, athletic linebackers who can play in coverage and blitz, cornerbacks who can play both man and zone, and athletic coverage safeties.

No offense, but basically your defense makes use of the best players imaginable. DTs who can both pass rush and run stop; linebackers who can both play coverage and blitz; DBs who can play both man and zone. Aside from whether such players exist or not, it doesn't tell an owner what kind of defense you actually run--just the kind of studly players you expect him to give you. If we had players like that we could trot out most any defense any win.

Not really. It's just a preference. I don't really care about personnel, unless the players are highly, highly underleveled and can't compete at a decent level.
