(Dont ask me if I want him to be balanced or strength or w/e else. If you had a team, what would you want your TE to be and how would you place the SP, and the equipment)

Well - first, don't bother with any of the Special Abilities, yet. So just focus on the other stats.

Second - are you a starter? If so, then you'll want some in stamina. If you're a backup, then you can train on stamina instead and build it up more slowly.

Third - you really will have to decide what type of TE you want, because that will directly affect where you put these points. If you'll be a blocker, than some of these points should go to strength. If you'll be a receiver, than a bunch go to catching. You get the idea.

At early levels, I would recommend choosing a key stat and puting most of your points in that, rather than trying to build evenly. For example, I might put most or all into speed (or strength - again depends on your plans) because you will definitely need it, and then later start building up the other stats.

If you want to do an even build, check out some of the info in the Guides (there's a link at the top of your screen). For a receiving TE, I'd recommend speed and catching, followed by agility and vision. For a blocker, you could probably change strength for speed.

A TE that can't block is just a slow WR IMO.

Strength +5 (21)
Blocking +5 (18)
Stamina +5 (18.91) Train this for a while, get it up to 20-25 with an eventual goal of 30+. More plays = more exp.
Vision +5 (18)
Carrying +3 (13.34) What's the point in catching the ball if you fumble it?
Catching +2 (17)

Equipment : I'd focus on just two stats with equipment. Strength/blocking, so +2 to each. You should focus equipment on 1 or 2 of your core stats.

* I'd train confidence once your stamina reaches 20-25.
** Next level(s) think about speed and agility.

While I agree with this. People tend to go ape-shit crazy with special abilities.
I did have success early on as a low level player with a single point in both "Run Block" (I was on a run based team) and "Route Run". And by low level I mean around level 5.
