I;m noticing a every widening gap between actual level and effective level for other QB's in my league while I tend to stay at a 1 level difference.

You hit SA's too soon. Most push throwing to 77 or 80 first as well. Looks like you spread them around too fast. I think he will be a pretty good QB until he reaches AA or AAA but by then teams will probably only look at him for a possible back up role.
