The QB in question is a level 58. I am just curious as to how much confidence should I have on him? I am currently at 66 and am just curious as to your thoughts on him. My third AEQ is going to be a +3 confidence piece as well.

Cap it at 69 and walk away.

Also, your 3rd AEQ piece should be in throwing.
