He's only level 45... so surely this means he didn't use the exploit? Unless he's unboosted. A punter at day 399 should be around level 70+

Doesn't look like he's ever boosted. Season 8 he had 383 punts, which I'd assume got him to around level 20 or so. 9 more seasons of normal XP would take him to about level 45. Very much a guess though.
