OK
Quick = +.3% per level to agility all the time
Special Teamer = +1% to all attributes per level when playing on special teams
See a problem with "trying out all quick"? I mean I guess if you're looking to improve your in game performance, then fine. It just hurts immensely on the KR/PR side.
And IMO, there's nothing wrong with a cookie cutter build. It's the horribad choice of Quick that gives you the rating.

Gotcha, too bad ive already used my VA reset for this season. What's your opinion on Return Man vs Quick. It looks like it might be worthwhile when I get some SPs put into my SAs. But until then is quick my best option for my 2nd VA?

HOnestly, quick as a VA on a returner is silly. Return Man is second only to Spec Teamer (especially for cookie cutter builds). After those, it will depend on where you go with the build.

I'd say fix VAs at next reset, cap stamina, bring agility to 81-82, then bring strg to 68ish

To be honest, nothing which hasn't already been said. All VA points this year into special teamer, next season reset that shit and get it all in there, then work on return man and then work on quick if you really want to.
I wonder if clutch may be an option though guys? Technically if he's returning punts on 4th down, wouldn't the bonuses trigger?
Agility is good where it is, cap stamina and then work on 2nd capping vision IMO. Train confidence forever!
When you've got to about between day 280 and 300, starting pumping points into the SAs.

Clutch is one of those VAs I'm not sure works for a returner on 4th down, it looks like it would be good if it does though. The reason I reset my Special Teamer VA for this season is the same reason. I wasn't sure that it worked for a KR/PR cause it never showed up on my current bonuses/penalties area under my players home page. I'm glad I put him up to be rated cause now I know that it's the best VA to use.
Thanks for the info guys.

Not all VAs will put bonuses on your page. It's only really the attribute ones and the % chance that do as far as I recall.
From reading the definition on clutch it doesn't appear to work for people on special teams apart from the kicker or punter
"The Clutch ability gives this player access to various bonuses towards making plays on offense, defense, kicking and punting in 3rd and 4th down situations, especially late in the game"
