125 speed to 90 agility

or

120 speed to 95 agility

I know it's better for a WR to have lots of speed, so should a WL corner match the WR speed or have better agility.

Thanks!

Agility is certainly much more essential and beneficial to a CB than it is to a WR.
But so is speed.

Short answer : Both

For a WL corner building under new archetypes 125/95 should be about a minimum.

anything from 90 to 100 agility should be all you need, 95 being a nice medium. the rest can go into speed.

Since my guy is in the Pros are the requirements basically the same? I like to use the WL as a measuring stick to where I need to be with my guy build wise.

Thanks for the input.

yup. 95 agility is all you need in WL... and i dont see that changing much even as new archetype dots progress.

I'm going for 132/93 on my level 64 CB. I'm also looking at 83 vision, 74 jumping, and 65 strength at the end of the build.

I think the younger a CB is the more speed they will need, but I don't think they will need more agility.

especially as getting 6 in CD will go a long way in keeping with the cb's cuts in coverage

I'd go with 130/85 rather than 125/90

I am running a guy with 130/87 speed/agility, and 78 jump, 92 vision right now (all after VAs), with 8 in Quick Cut.

My observation so far is that it sounds better than it is

What does the rest of the build look like?

Without spilling all the beans:

Avoid fake%, Defl %, Supervis are the main things that he also packs. No SDC as I sometimes put him into zone in C3 sets.

Strength and tackling are high enough to qualify for DVG.

Hmm . . . interesting that you don't think he does better with that high of vision and jumping. Perhaps picking up some SB would help. It's still a severely underrated SA and is awesome when you add in high jumping and vision and stack some PD% pieces.

Well, it's not like he sucks or anything...he's pretty good overall. I was just a little disappointed when I set him up this way and saw the results. And I agree, SB is a functional SA...too bad CBs have so many attractive homes for SPs, that would make it a lot easier

On the other hand, my standards are pretty high and frankly I am always disappointed when I watch any of my dots.

I think part of the reason for that is that I tend to have pretty high quality dots all over the place, so nobody really stands out. I also tend to watch the sim for failures rather than successes, so I get a little tunnelvision around any failed play (even though I would be pretty alarmed if it were possible to make a perfect dot).
