Kinard or others with good knowledge on this.

Was thinking about building the maximum build and not hurt your chances on Bonus Tokens. It's good to get 10% bonus training with 5 bonus tokens, and even 20% with 10 more bonus tokens, but will the next level (30%) be a waste of bonus tokens?

Thanks,

It is only advisable for very niche builds honestly. An extreme strength DL/OL can get away with it ( strength first cap, and a quad train), A QB can get away with it for the same peramiter for throwing. Speed WR can also afford it (currently) if it also continues to quad it after it is capped. Punter, Kicker, and maybe a few other extreme builds, but you get the idea, you really have to train the attribute a long long time to get its value back.

30% unlocked takes awhile to recover bt/skill point wise, but making your quad trains even above level 90 still provide 9.6 % is pretty handy.

30% unlocked only makes sense if you're training from 10 or lower to 34, for example.

10% is always worth it.
20% is worth it most of the time
30% is almost never worth it (In my 11 players the past seasons I only did it on one).
40% and 50% are never worth it.
