A whole bunch of warnings/suspensions were just handed out on both the US and CA side of this. If anyone on either side starts it up again, there will NOT be warnings, only suspensions, and they will be for a much longer time.

Things have died back down, so I'm unstickying this. That does not mean you should start crap again, it just means it doesn't look like it needs to be stickied anymore.
