My DT has been slowbuilding, and I have about 60 SP on top of this that I was saving to bring speed to 68, but I'm not sure whether I need to do that or not. I was going to do speed, then bring vision to 68. He's a run stuffer, and was playing NT on my last team . I don't know how he's going to be used on this team.

If you have 60 SPs, you're doing it wrong. That right there is wrong enough that any other advice being given to you is meaningless.

With 60 SPs, I would cap spd, vis, tackling (to 60) and agi in that order. Then next cap str, then agi again, then spd again. All the while don't lag sta and conf too far behind.

Also, it may be time to explore more on the SA options.
