My kicker is starting to level up his effective level, but I have some doubts in what to use my SP.
Could anyone gimme an advice ?

As with most things, it's best to have a plan before you get started and involved with something.

Your kicker isn't bad, necessarily, but you need to figure out a long term build plan before you start a player.

That said, your kicking and confidence are lacking. You need to get them up and focus on one attribute at a time, instead of spreading your skill points around and overbalancing your build.

Cap vision, then confidence, then run confidence way up.
