81 speed at level 36 is kinda low for a speedster.
71 agility at level 36 is low too.
Catching, Stamina, Jumping beyond those.

Yeah, apparently you have to take speed to 88 and agility to 78 and to hell with all the other stats to be considered a speedster any more.
