Just want some good pro tips for the future or let me know if I should retire cause he sucks.

Take agility to 81 or 83, then speed to 81 or 83, then work on strength.

Any suggestions on VA's I should get? I know Technique man and Jump the Snap....anything else I should get?

technique man. Then when you get 15 VAs reset and go with streaky. Then tech man and bull rusher.
