WRT Eff Level, it Did not help that your top 2 attr are str/blk and you took the Pass Block AT. Also, it doesn't look like you went too extreme on them either. That hurts as well.

If you're a LOT, I'd sell the 13% HB and get a protect piece. If not, don't.

As for the build, cap stamina, then get confidence up.

Pass Blocker & stone wall are two VAs to consider over quick and WW.

I don't like his speed. I'd cap stamina at 48, then work speed up to 61.

Since you are heavily invested in strength for EQ, I'd probably suggest moving WW to Pass Blocker. You won't miss the strength. At the 78 cap for both, it's roughly 1.60 extra for agility/blocking, which are probably more important when pass blocking.

Sell the 13% Hold Block piece, and get a Protector piece, like TGP said, only if he's a LOT. If he's a LOT, i'd focus some SA work in getting it up to 10 after EQ.
