I assume its vision at fault here? It seems the players on my team let the WR run right by them at the start of the play like 40% of the time. Each has mid 30's for vision since they are currently working on capping agility.

Coverage distance at -1, maybe?

it happens a lot with younger builds. they just have not rounded out yet. be patient, and if you build well, it'll stop. also, as jd said, coverage distance may be a contributer. try backing off.

yea it was set at -90 one game. and then -75 the next and no real difference. Must just be the incomplete builds.

well -90 and -75 isnt much of a difference, but putting them in the positives might help.
