1st) Speed to 74...NATURAL
2nd) Vision to 74...NATURAL
3rd) Agility to 68/74...NATURAL
Also, NO SPECIAL ABILITIES until your main attributes are capped to where they should be and minors as well, which will be like level 48+ roughly.
EDIT: I understand you are newer to this game, but once you post in the subform, please do not post in this forum. You will get help and advice in the other one as well even though it is a "ratings" forum.
What I posted above is a basic guideline of what you should do and this would be a basic consensous on what you should do. It is not required but if you want to give your player the best possible option, the above "guideline" will give him a good shot at being a good player throughout his career. If you have questions, go ahead and ask people for advice. If you want you may PM me, but I know I am not the best at building them, but I know how to build them for the Pros as my 1st safety made it up there. Though considering you are probably a non-booster you would want to change the attributes level probably
