I need to figure out what to do for my 4th AEQ.

The DE below currently has +21% Break Block Chance.

I have a blank +3 Agi piece that I can turn into whatever I want.

My choices seem to be:
Wall
Tunnel Vision
Breakthrough
Strong Base
Break Block 5%

This DE can currently play either LDE or RDE.

Also, the 4th AEQ will replace a piece that is currently +7 Agi/+2 Strength and custom is currently 6 in Strength.

So, by level 72 this DE will have:

Str:97
Agi:114
Speed:90

And 19 additional points to put wherever I like.

No you're the winner. You're the one who cares about this game so much. You're the one who has this game so figured out you turn desperately to everyone for advice. You know how to build D.E's so well you're asking the scrubs of this forum for advice. Why don't you know how to do it yourself? You make it a point to talk about how superior your builds are. If all your builds look like that level 66 d.e. you're a pretty average builder, desperately seeking answers. You have world league and pro lol gm spots. What's the matter? Why do you need to ask the lowly old scrubs in these forums? Go be a level 66 d.e. tearing it up in the world league bro.

You'd have the time.

Definitely a second bb% piece. Having two of those plus high attributes and a fair amount of points in Shed Block is probably the reason why Poopers had so much WL success even at LDE. I'm assuming that your other is a piece with First Step, but being first in the tree makes it somewhat less efficient for AEQ. I'm not a big fan of TV, but it would be an alternative. Make tackle is also useful. Really, Strong Base always read to me like an SA that should be awesome, but every time I tried that on a dot it seemed to have almost no effect.
