I have a few questions for you...

1. Why is there no age limit for moderators? (I know how old a few are)

I agree that there probably should be some sort of age requirement, but I honestly don't know how you could enforce this outside of giving people a chance to prove themselves capable of doing the job to their standards.

2. Why do some GLB mods think they are above the law and what gives them the right to post things that would get a regular agent banned?

In any given group of people a certain percentage of those people are going to be idiots / douche bags / etc.  This law of nature extends to the group of GLB mods just as it does to the GLB population.  Having said that, most of the mods that I work with are good guys, but I know that there are others that don't follow the rules real closely.  The best thing that you can do when you see a Mod not following the rules is to use the "report" button, because the management does not want their mods acting "above the law".  I am not saying something will get done, or if something is done that you will see it, but that is the best route to take.

3. Some of the best mods (In my opinion) have quit because they don't like how the game is run. How do you feel on this subject?

I wouldn't be here if I didn't enjoy the game.  I agree that there is a lot of room for improvement, but my philosophy on life is that life is to short to waste your time worrying / fighting for / complaining about things that are out of your control or that doesn't affect your quality of life.  So while I do see what is wrong with the game just like any other active agent, I spend my time enjoying what is right/good about the site.  At the same time I try to help out in the suggestions forum and add input where I have some.

4. I have noticed that pretty much all mods are season 1 vets... is this Borts way of saying thank you?

Not sure if there is truth to that or just a coincidence that those that have been here longer have developed more of a track record and relationships with the management.  Also I am not even sure that Bort give input or approval of mods anymore.

5. Bugs forums are worse then before with Catch's new "It looks like a bug but it's really not"... Why can't this be handled to where us users don't see all the so called "graphics bugs"?

I don't have an answer for you here, because I don't spend any time in the Bugs forum, I spend to much time at work trouble shooting, debugging, and fixing problems so I avoid that forum

6. What do you think about Pee Wee? (This isn't a joke question really just to see your thoughts about it and I want to see if you don't care just like Bort)

I actually have really enjoyed playing in Pee Wee leagues but don't currently have any players there because my flex budget is full with other players at the moment.

7. How is your GLB moderating? Lot of work?

Its not really a lot of work, as I am already at the site and reading/posting in the forums throughout the day as it is.  The only additions are keeping up to date in the mod forum and trying to separate my Mod duties vs. my personal opinions.  The only real thing that feels like work is putting up with people who hate you just because you are a mod or pissed at you because you enforced the rules in their thread.

Just wanted to ask you some questions because you are a GLB mod if I'm not mistaken.

the sim not being an accurate representation of what's happening has been around long before catch.
