I used it and I love it. If you're like me, you pretty much care mostly about your own stats. I was on a team with 5 WRs that got equal playing time...yea i know it sucks. So I reset like 13 VAs, all into Go to Guy. And my receptions weren't as bad as I thought they'd be. But make sure the other players don't have it. or its useless.

And to answer the OP's question, hate it. I think with the ability for custom progressions, it shouldn't even be an option.

I like it on a high catching (100+) possesion build like the world league build we saw on Valhalla.

this. can probably turn a possession WR into a 3rd down machine. can probably also be used fairly well on a WR with an insane amount of speed since it ups the QB's pass quality.
so, imo, only use it if your WR is built to an extreme.

partially because it increases the chance of being targeted (which, as your brought up can be fixed to a certain extent via custom progressions.), but also because of the + to pass quality that the QB gets, which will make it even harder for the CB to deflect, and easier for the WR to catch, making it, imo, a pretty good 3rd down VA.

Basically, Worker is right.
You should only ever add it in consultation with your OC, and only when he's going to target you in such a way that it will work to your advantage.
