I wanted to make a super fast WR for my team. I took my speed to 87 then I trained it once and brought it to 88 leveled twice and now it's 89.5. My next plan is taking agility to 74 but I'm worried that 74 won't be enough to utilize all that speed.

If you max out your Quick Cut it will make up the difference for the lack of agility.
Also max out your first step to help with your take off.
All equipment in speed.

87? Holy shit, your supporting stats will be threadbear, but you'll have a shitton of speed. With that build, you pretty much will absolutely have to take FS and QC both to 10 and leaving agility at 74 will probably be acceptable.

I know I'm planning on taking jumping to only 48.

If you are planning to take Vision higher than 48, I suggest doing something else.
Don't take vision over 50 and spend any points you planned to use on vision in jumping.
That's what I would do.

hell no I don't even plan on taking vision to 48 I'm just going to train it. The reason for low jumping is because I took my speed way too high. Oh well though I can't go back and change it now. I wanna take first step to 10 and catch in stride to 10. I dunno about quick though... With how much I spent in speed I think the only thing I'll excel in is streaks and will quick cut help me with those?

Quick cut won't help you on streaks, but it can do a lot to minimize the hit you'll probably face on cuts because of the way the speed/agility will be at the end. When the speed/agility gap is that big, very high quick cut is a must have imo.

I'll have to trust ya on this one. I'm going to have to sit down with the build planner and see where I am at when I get back to my computer on the 11th.

I've already laid one such player out on the VPB v3, speed to the 10th cap. Day 400 LVL 72, base speed is 99 and 58+ EQ makes it 157+ Speed. Player Value is 931.xx
