I have two separate pieces of superior equimpent that have pass quality % on them...one says +11% and my other says +12% but when i look at my QB bonus it only says +17.5% pass quality...any idea why it would say that and not 23%

Your second piece gives half the benefit

12 + 11/2 =17.5

Don't trade it in because of that though, Pass Quality is definitely worth having two pieces of.
