At the end of a LOLB's career, is 100/100 better, or 110/90?

110/90 should be easily attainable. Assume at the very least they will be both 4th cap
Agility 77+13=90
Speed 77+33=110
I would think both would be nearer 82 for most OLBs (though some may be even higher), then add lvl 72 boosts and 3 pieces of AEQ it would be more like this:
Agility 82+16=98
Speed 82+39=121
Agility 77+13=90
Speed 77+33=110
