Both pretty good. Personally I would go with the fist one. and tell him to adjust his equipment a bit.

Both not bad for the level, I think first would be the more effective of the 2, but in need of some VA changes.

Clutch and pass rusher should be lower priority then Bull rusher, and streaky should be fit in as soon as 15 VA's available for retrain.
