Last season, I had a friend who fed me dirt that Laurent Robinson had passed Donnie Avery as the team's #1 receiver. So I waited until the 14th and last round of the draft and picked him up. More importantly, I didn't spend a 7th or 8th rounder on Avery. That got me thinking... what if I had access to that good inside dirt on all 32 teams? Most pundits just regurgitate what ESPN or coaches say. Local talk radio and beat writers are much more in tune to the realities of things, I've found. But who has time to dig through all 32 teams for that kind of info, and who knows which sources are good and which ones aren't?

Answer: The GLB collective.

I will accept applications from agents of various teams, making sure all 32 are represented. Then the forum will be 100% about players, how they are performing, injuries and positions of players on depth charts. I will do what I can to keep trash-talking down to a minimum. (Yeah.. that's right.... ME! I will try to tone down trash-talk.)

So the idea of this forum is to have people show up with dirt on one team, and be able to glean equal quality dirt on all 32 teams. Dominate your fantasy draft based on having a breadth of information that other people in your league just can't get.

If you want an invite, let me know as well as what team you'd be contributing for.

Great idea, but can you really rely on 32 separate people to contribute information, insider info and random rumblings on a consistent basis?

If you can get enough great minds to pull it off, i'd glady spout some info for the Rams.

I want three people at least per team. I figure between that much volume and the debate between the fans of their own teams on who is emerging as the #2 RB or how an injury is affecting a QB or if they are shot.... it should give the info we are looking for.

And you are in for the Rams. That makes three of us... Rams fans, that is.

I think all the cmps have opened now. Should be a lot more activity and a lot more to talk about. Get the dirt on the 31 teams you -don't- follow.
