To be honest average levels dont always counts, look up Washed Up Rockstars they beat a lot of teams with higher players through gameplanning.

Between level 14-17 the only difference is how well people build and how the GMs gameplan

Im pretty sure kickers and punters count too.

Our average starters level is 13.875
