Ive been playing GLB a long time ago and i started again and saw sone of the changes like the archetypes ... but where can i choose it to my punter ... :/

you cant. you missed out. there was window for older players to choose and you missed it by about 2 seasons. if you make a new punter however (which i would advise doing since your current punter has probably missed out on a lot of training and ALGs), he will be able to select and archetype.

Be glad you didn't take an Archetype. Lots of people did and hurt their builds in the process.
As for building a new punter, start with punting to 78 natural, then come back and we'll talk.
