This guy played back up QB on a conference championship team last season in a Competitive LVL 38 League. The team was balanced between pass and run. He threw for over 2000 yards with a passer rating of 118. He is a great find for any level 38 team looking to heavily pass. He is proven to work in LVL 38 and you won't find many players already proven to work in that league and still able to compete in it. This guys is a great find.
