For this LB I concentrated on speed so I would like to know were else I can improve him here is his build below

Dude...your level 3. Bring Speed up for a long time to 81 then agi to 73 or 77 then Str to 77 / Tackle to 73 or 77 / Vision to 68

Something like that....hit us up in a year when your guy is decent level

Speed/Agi first is fine. Doing Str/Tackle before vis/jum on a coverage LB would be a mistake. 77 str for a Coverage LB is overkill IMO as well.
