Are you working on agility and speed in parallel or had you decided 72 natural speed was enough?

No. Working on 5 capping speed now.

Ok, so if I were you I'd 5 cap speed, then 4-5 cap agility.
While doing that I'd train up carrying to 38 or so and then work on carrying up to the 3rd or 4th cap.

Your strength is very low and so I'd spend some bonus points enhancing training for that. You should get good value in taking that from 14 to 40 or so. Although you might like to do that after you've done some more work on vision, stamina, confidence and catching.

[I don't pretend to be any sort of expert - the above is similar to what I've done/am doing with my HB with the exception of the fact that I took vision to 60 before doing much work on carrying and would do it differently next time...]
