Your equipment distribution is pretty poor. Only 2 capped speed and one capped strength. That means just three caps at your level which is pretty poor.

If you don't want to hear the retire comments then don't build bad dots.

OK, well, if you want to ignore the good advice and keep him then:

1. Focus your eq in speed.
2. Cap the following: Speed to 3rd, vision to first, speed to 5th, tackling to first. Then go back for more str/vis. Agi can be last since it's a minor. You'll suck for longer, so if you want to get better sooner, cap agi in there somewhere. BUt that will cause your long term viability to be even worse than it already is.

He won't have a decent career either. If you want pm me and i'll try to walk you through building because holding onto a player like that will lead to disappoint in a few months.

Pretty terrible. Try again. Take speed to the 5th cap at least before worrying about strength. I'd cap agility before strength honestly.
