I am a GM and our QB is throwing a fair amount of picks. I was looking through his build and it seamed good.

His agility is at 17 an has 35 pts in confidence. Throwing is good strength is great. Vision is good. I was just wondering if agility has anything to do with INT. I was thinking a QB would be trowing off balance if he has poor agility.

What do you guy think?

Bad game planning

??? Are you saying the build is probably fine but the game plan was off. Is that what you are saying?

Looking at the last couple games, his picks were all throwing into double coverage... maybe a little more vision? Though I'd imagine that it's pretty normal for at least a few shots into double coverage

I think it depends on the WRs he's throwing too. I'm a backup but my starter and I have about similar stats. He's thrown 5 tds and 4 ints, while I'm still 0/0 on the season. Other than the fact that I get about 60% of the playing time he gets, I usually am throwing to the backup WRs, which aren't so great, while he gets to throw to the starting WRs, which are exceptional.

If you have him set his 2 priority targets it will lead to a lot more INT's. Try having nothing set for him and he should throw a lot less INT's if his vision is good.

Thanks guys

He should not be setting a favorite. And our WR are good.

What is a good number for vision?

I'd say that agility is very important. I raised mine a few points and I notice that my QB has escaped pressure quite a bit, at least more than what he used to do.

By the way I did test this by creating a lvl 1 QB and putting all his points into agility to see if his scouting report bar would move -- obviously it moved his Rushing bar up by a lot, but his Passing bar did also increase (not as much as Rushing though).

Agility may play some small part in passing, who knows how much.
