Str to 77...Then should I do Agility,tackling, speed...or speed, agility tackling...I have no idea...Hes not that good but I used reward points so there is no reason to retire.

Your primaries are str/agi/tck/vis. I'm unsure why your speed is so high, but for now it should not get any SP. After str then agi, then tck, then vision.
