Why does my DE have no pass rush. I am trying to make him a pure RE pass rusher, but the pass rushing bar is low and he is not getting many in game sacks. I have made successful DE in the pass but this guy is not working, does anyone have any suggestions.

he is only level 7, you can't get speed and agility to 80 by then

They're saying you should have capped one skill (speed or agility) and continued training the other.
Regardless, it's hard to get sacks at low levels. That said, your DE has a sack in 5 of 9 games so far this season. If you look at the 4 games where he didn't get a sack, those teams had run oriented offenses.

seems like the pass rush rating bar is most effected by strength. I have 2 DE's at lvl 41 and the one with less speed and agility but more strength has the the higher pass rushing "lolbar".
