No, you haven't soft capped a single attribute yet.
I'm sorry this game is a lot more complicated then it should be, but you need to read the wiki in regards to slow-building so you can understand how ALG's cna help you're build be more efficient. I'm too tired to explai nthe whole thing now.

Problems
#1 You don't boost. All owners will have a problem with that. This makes the problems with your build even worse as you had more training time to fix things.
#2 Equipment. You have 3 +1 pieces of equipment. You should have 4 +3 pieces of equipment.
#3 Let me tell you about soft caps. You are a speedster. You get .4 attributes in each of your five major attributes. Agility, Catching, Confidence, Speed, Vision. This is .4 attributes not SP. When you reach 48 attribute points in one attribute it begins to cost twice as much but attributes gains from ALG are still the same. You are incredibly behind where you should be. You have not capped a single attribute.

still needed as a page a new agent needs to read before creating his/her first player IMO..
