I would go with pocket crusher first.

Pocket crusher helps you break the block
Heavyweight helps you get revcakes after breaking a block.

Since you have to break the block to get the revcake, I feel it is best to get the VA that helps accomplish step 1 before getting the VA that helps accomplish step 2.

I'm pretty certain pocket crusher does not help break any blocks.
