Was looking for a nice +3 attribute or fake % piece when I rolled this

+ 3 catching +3% make catch piece

Currently have catching third capped on a Receiving TE.

Should I keep it or keep rolling??

I'd keep it. You should be able to equip with more than 1 AEQ so you can keep this piece and keep looking for more.
