Myself: Owned a team season 1-5 making it to the championship twice and conference championships 3 times. Won 3 league championships being co-owner, DC and GM respectively. Highly involved in all. During my entire time as GM or owner, I have known nothing but success each season in respect to making it to the playoff. Left the game season 9 and just came back mid season 15. Since my return I have rejoining with old friends and catching up on the new game. Soaking in as well as toying with the defensive AI's and the Play Creator to good effect. I am still quite rusty but am coming around quickly.
What I am Looking For:To lead a defense to success and achieve every goal we set for our selves and more. Because I work full time, I will only have enough time to be active in the forums and gameplan/create defensive AI's so I would prefer that a defensive recruiter and scout would be available to help out. I simply dont have time to recruit that much. Any lvl team preferably one that is 1 or 2 years away from success to give me time to gameplan and set up DAI. It is crucial that I have run stopping defensive linemen. Like a 3-4, I have no use for pass rushing DT's and pass rushing DE's. I need pure strength/agility at the NT and Balanced DE's.
My Defense: Highly modified 4-3 with a front that is more in the 3-4 mold. I regress to say more but will during serious considerations via PM. What I will say is that it is a pretty untested defense that is based on a high risk high reward philosophy. Keys to the defensive are 2 of the biggest, strongest NT's you can find. The defense is built off of them.
Who Are You: Highly experienced at owning or GM'ing a team. Someone that has an organized plan for the team. A team of any level, that already has a few players on defense but are in a slight rebuilding year. Or a team that is only one season away from competing and has a full roster of defensive players that involves a very strong defensive line. An owner willing to take a shot on a pretty exotic set up and see what happens.. An owner willing to trust my football knowledge enough in game and out to adjust if things simply are not working.
I would prefer an experienced owner with a team that is going places. Any takers for a unique situation?
