Hey guys, I am looking to get a team in the cap 14 range. I have not listed my name in the waiting list as I don't want to be one of them guys that buys a team and cant fulfil the staff and player roles and end up selling back to GLB.
What puts my set up ahead of the rest you ask? Thats simple... The structure I am looking to set up is like that of a real life team. Positional Coaches, Financial Advisor's, Etc.. The first thing im looking to do, is get a team of staff together in a private forum and go through the plans and what we are wanting for the next 5 seasons. I am looking to have this team long term... As an owner of a team I have very minimal experience but as a business mind I have some great ideas. I coach football in real life, so have great knowledge of team set ups and what is required. I am looking for committed staff that will stick with me in the long term. if your one of these GM's that come in and do a job not say much then go off and do something else, then you need not apply.
Communication is key to success. I want regular communication within the set-up.. between staff itself and between staff and players. If you have always wanted to become part of a real NFL team staff set up, then this is the best place for you. It will be structured as so and offer the best support available.
I am not an owner that will expect mega turnarounds in a matter of 2 seasons. I know that it takes time, and that is what you will have to work with.. I don't think I will be getting a team until at least season 17 so we have a complete season to plan and manage what is expected.

Director of Scouting (Responsible for ensuring all scouting is being done, and is done to satisfactory standard)
Communications
Scouting
*Head Scout (can be Director of Scouting)
*Assistant Head Scout (Effective same as Head scout with less responsibility, looking at all available players and ones nearing contract end)
*Offensive Team Scout
*Defensive Team Scout
Head Coaches
Offensive Coaches
*Wide Receiver/Tight Ends Coach
*Offensive Line Coach
Defensive Coaches
*Secondary Coach
*Assistant Secondary Coach (not essential)
*Defensive Line Coach
Special Teams Coaches
As you can see it is a very extensive set up, and one that WILL work if we get the right staff.
I have cut most job roles down to the bare minimum. Most jobs have been filled, above is the jobs that are currently vacated.
OC and DC have yet to be confirmed,.. I have approached a few agents to do it but none have got back to me with confirmation as of yet, so you can still apply for the positions. Thanks
