Level 71, effective level 75, but with the age penalties he's probably more like level 70... but he's got a ton of VAs and decent SAs.
Early in his build he was supposed to be a "balanced" TE hence his not being a pure receiver.
I'll just retire him if no one wants him on their roster... I figure I'd give him another shot since I don't need the flex quite yet.
