I offer minimum salary, as long as you don't blow it and accidentally buy equipment without using the EQ fund, then you should have enough for training for the whole season.

If it is it then I'd divide the cap exactly equal amongst my players I guess I'd really need to know specifics about the morale effect I'm growing a bit skeptical, although this effect plus the salary cap would actually, in my opinion, be a positive change to GLB, us not knowing the details doesn't sound as positive.
I've always given max salary since there was no other use for cash in peewee and a lot of times agents didn't know whether they were keeping their player or not...
If theres a salary cap(???) and we are not allowed to send renegotiated contracts for players created before D1 and we no longer use team $$$ to upgrade eq, will the bonus $$ plus whatever salary we can divide out under the cap keep players training all season long or is this a 'tool' to slow player creation before a new season?
