I've had good success and bad success, AA and below is where my experience lies. I have done great things with little to work with and not as well as I think I should have with much to work with. Would like to hook on with a team for season 16.
Would like to be able to be part of the offensive recruiting process as well. I prefer a more balanced attack, involving all the skill players as much as possible, making it more of a team effort than a star only attack.
