I wanted to confirm what day should a peewee player be created. I seem to remember something about the player not being eligible if he has a few days of xp ?

You are correct. I don't remember the exact day to create though.

I believe once rollover is done, XP stops and you can create.

If you create and XP is received, retire and start the next day.

After rollover to Day 40

So just wait until you wake up on Day 40 and you should be fine.

You don't get any rollover between days 40 and 41, so you can create as soon as the rollover between 39 and 40 occurs

We still get 40 days of XP since we get XP on the rollover between days 0 and 1
